Thomas is a composer, arranger, and orchestrator specializing in music for video games and film. He graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2025 with a degree in music and a focus in composition. His capstone project received high honors. Showcasing his broad range, his compositions include Persephone's Ballad, a piece based on a hypothetical retelling of the myth as a short film. The Bard and the Forest is a composition that utilizes different encounters during a play-through of a game set in a Zelda-like setting. Ready Player One showcases a project scoring the iconic race scene from the movie of the same name.
Thomas grew up playing the violin and puts strings first in his compositions. When composing for gaming. he strives to put wonder and atmosphere into his pieces, making sure to bring the ambience of the game to life through the sense of sound. Thomas's music adapts as games change, pushing thematic elements onto a single instrument and bringing back themes common within pieces. His compositions vary from simple, one instrument melodies that push nostalgic influences to the max in minimalism, shaping emotional tone through a minimalist concept, to full fledged symphonies primed to bring big sound to the video game stage.
